2019 Parade of Homes Award Winners

The Parade of Homes 2019 is sponsored by the Asheville Home Builders Association with more than forty homes on tour this year in five different communities within the greater Asheville area. You can find our featured home in the Olivette Riverside community. This free home tour will be open to the public on October and from 1 to 5 p.m. Renewable energy sources include geothermal HVAC and solar panel array, spray foam insulation, air sealing of the building envelope and ductwork coordinate with the high-performance windows. Add to low maintenance exterior materials in this custom design-build home.

Carlton Edwards is pleased to announce our entry for the Parade of Homes 2019. This home is situated strategically on the sloped lot to take in breathtaking views of the French Broad River from every angle of the house through large floor to ceiling windows. A structurally significant steel frame devises a dramatic cantilevered modern form.

In the midst of two weekends of open tours during this year’s 38th Annual Parade of Homes, the Asheville Home Builders Association is pleased to announce the winners of the Parade of Homes Awards. Winners were recognized at the AHBA Fall Awards Gala on October 17, 2019.
